Patient Portal Access
If you need to check your lab results, request refills or contact the doctor with questions, you can do that all through our patient portal. Click the button below to access.
Note: If you have trouble accessing your account, call our office for assistance.
A link was included at the bottom of your billing statement and was also emailed to you, if you provided us with that information. If you no longer have that information, you may call the office and pay over the phone, or mail a check to the office.
For refills of your routine prescriptions, you can use the patient portal link provided on this page, or you can call 205-464-3017 and leave a message. Prescriptions are called to the pharmacies Monday-Friday during our regular business hours. When you call, we ask that you leave a complete message that includes:
- The doctor you see in our office
- Your name, as the patient
- Your date of birth
- A daytime phone number if we need to call you
- The name, location and phone number of the pharmacy where you pick up your medicines
- The name of the medication (or the spelling), dosage (i.e. 5 mg) and times taken per day
If you leave a message after the close of business during the week, your message is retrieved the next business day. If you leave a message on Friday after we close at Noon, your message will be picked up Monday morning. Please allow two business days for the prescription to be called to your pharmacy.
Your physician, or one of the partners, is available for emergencies 24 hours a day. Telephone the office number, 205-759-2582, and stay on the line for an operator with the answering service. The on-call physician will be paged to your number and will return your call as soon as possible. If your call has not been returned within one hour, please let the answering service know so the physician can be paged again.
Please call for prescription refills only during regular office hours. Refills for pain medicines and nerve medicines will not be phoned in after hours, as these refills must be recorded in your medical chart.
