Telephone Switchboard

The office switchboard operates between the hours of:

• Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to Noon and 1-4 p.m.
• Friday 7:30-11 a.m.

After-Hours Emergencies

Your physician, or one of the partners, is available for emergencies 24 hours a day. Telephone the office number, 205-759-2582, and stay on the line for an operator with the answering service. The on-call physician will be paged to your number and will return your call as soon as possible. If your call has not been returned within one hour, please let the answering service know so the physician can be paged again.

Prescription Refills

You can use the patient portal at anytime to request a prescription refill. Please call for prescription refills only during regular office hours. Refills for pain medicines and nerve medicines will not be phoned in after hours, as these refills must be recorded in your medical chart. You can read our office’s policy for refills here.
